Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ship.okayok.ai and the Ship templates, provided by Superly, LLC ("we").

Subscriptions

• Plans (Ship TanStack, Ship Electron, Ship Bundle) are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice.

Delivery

• Delivery is read access to the private GitHub repository (or repositories) your plan covers, granted to the GitHub username in your account.
• Pre-order: repository access has not opened yet. Subscriptions purchased before launch are recorded and every active subscriber is invited automatically when access opens.
• If a payment fails we keep access for a short grace period (currently 7 days past the period end); after that, or after cancellation ends, the invitation/access is removed.

License

• While subscribed you may use the template code to build and ship your own products, including commercial products, and keep using code you obtained during your subscription in those products.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the template itself (or a substantially similar template or starter kit), or share repository access with others.
• Some template components are derived from third-party code under their own licenses; those licenses also apply to those parts.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account and GitHub account secure, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable law and GitHub's terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The templates are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms (for example, redistributing the template).
