Refund Policy

Before repository access opens (pre-order)

If you subscribed before repository access opens, you can ask for a full refund of any charge at any time before access opens. Email support@okayok.ai from your account email and we will refund via Stripe and cancel the subscription.

After access is granted

Because the product is source code that is delivered immediately, charges are generally non-refundable once your GitHub account has been granted access. If you have not accepted the invitation or cloned the repository, you can request a refund within 7 days of the charge.

Renewals

Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal charged you by mistake and you have not used the template since, contact us within 7 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Where local law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.
