What Okayok Ship collects, why, and how it is protected.

Okayok Ship (ship.okayok.ai) is operated by Superly, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and subscribe to our templates.

What we collect

  1. Account data — your name, email address and sign-in method (email/password or Google).
  2. GitHub username — the GitHub account you give us so we can invite it to private template repositories, plus GitHub's public user ID for that account.
  3. Subscription and payment data — plan, status, billing period and order records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  4. Access records — a log of repository invitations and removals made for your account.
  5. Usage data — pages visited and basic device/browser information via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and cookies needed for sign-in and language/theme preferences.

How we use it

  • To provide your account, process subscriptions and deliver repository access.
  • To email you about invitations, access changes, receipts and important service notices.
  • To understand and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe (payments), GitHub (repository invitations to the username you provide), Resend (transactional email), Vercel and Railway (hosting and database), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics).
  • Authorities when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and order records while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. Access logs are kept for auditing. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; records we must legally keep are retained only as long as required.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and change your GitHub username in your account. Contact support@okayok.ai.
